The Westford Police Department is proud to announce their participation in “No-Shave November” for the first time. This annual fundraising and awareness campaign will allow WPD Officers to grow a beard during the month of November in exchange for a monetary donation to a local charity. Police Chief Tom McEnaney has been kind enough to waive the department’s facial hair policy for the entire month allowing participating officers to grow beards in support of this great cause. Our goal is to increase awareness and education about early cancer detection. There is a good chance somebody you know and love will be affected by this terrible disease, spread the word and help win this fight.
